Two friends originally from Italy, we have spent our lives in and out of kitchens always learning, with hopes of one day being able to showcase our passion with others. Provami is a small restaurant with a big heart.
A tribute to authentic Italian pizza with a modern twist we combine classic techniques with bold flavor combinations. We believe in using the best ingredients from our locally sourced fresh produce, to imported cheeses and of course our exclusive dough recipe made from Tipo Uno flour.
Provami in Italian means "try me" and we hope you do.

What is Tipo Uno Flour?
Type 1, as it is more commonly known, is a less refined wheat flour that has maintained it's natural fibre, minerals, vitamins and nutritional value making our pizza the most easily digestible and guilt free option.
